Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy

We will ship your order via USPS, United States Standard Shipping. The cost of shipping is not included in the price of your shirt order and costs $4.95 for the first and .50 for each additional.. For Canadian orders, an additional charge will added according to location. Currently, we only ship domestically, to the USA, Canada and to military APO/FPO addresses. Other areas on a per job basis.

You will receive a shipping confirmation when your items actually ship. In most cases, orders are processed and shipped within 14 business days. Standard delivery via USPS or UPS.

We offer color recommendations for every design but you are free to choose any color that we offer. If you’re choosing a color other than a recommended color, our website will show you what to expect

There is no refund or returns for custom printed art.

We will not accept exchanges except for like product/size.

If you feel that your circumstance for a return or exchange is unique, please email us at info@digateeshirts.com, before you return your product, and we’ll review your situation.

In the event of a wrongly shipped or defective product, we will replace it at no additional cost to the buyer. Please email us at info@digateeshirts.com before sending back your shirt.

 If you’re choosing a color other than a recommended color, our website will show you what to expect with regards to image/color combinations, so be careful when selecting. We do accept returns and all shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. For returns, there is a re-stocking fee of $4.95. Please expect 2 billing cycles for your credit/debit card to show your refund.
